SWISSIWS STANDARD MGO BOARD

This panel is the most cost-effective fire rated replacement for poured concrete in floors and roof decks as well as walls where high impact fire rated surfaces are required. It allows rapid installation for accelerated schedules while giving architects and contractors a sustainable product that is silica free and mold intolerant.
It is very green in comparison to competitive products. While cement based products use tremendous amounts of energy in their manufacture, SWISSIWS MGO BOARD uses a room temperature process that uses a small fraction of energy in comparison. With no silica, it does not pose the same threat to workers when cutting or sanding. Its mold resistance is exemplary.

Environmental: SWISSIWS MGO BOARD is friendly to environment and can be disposed through any traditional garbage. Itreduces dumping fees associated with gypsum board removal.
Non-Toxic and Mold/Mildew Resistant: SWISSIWS MGO BOARD contains no asbestos and formaldehyde. Due to varying climates, disaster, and flooding mold and mildew is a common issue homeowners face. SWISSIWS MGO BOARD is resistant to mold or mildew and does not feed mildew or mold as it contains no organic materials.
Fire Resistant: SWISSIWS MGO BOARD aggressively exceeds all fire testing requirements and achieves zero smoke/flame spread.
High strength: Impact, shearing and overall strength of SWISSIWS MGO products are strong enough to pass the strictest impact, seismic and wind code in North America. Dade County, Florida tested products through one of our Strategic Partners have met these requirements, including 220MPH hurricane testing for wind and debris impact. Impact resistant surface creates lasting durability; 170-lb load capacity per screw.
Water Resistant: SWISSIWS MGO BOARD offers superior resistance to moisture versus traditional products on the market. Traditional products such as gypsum board, OSB, and plywood absorb water and moisture resulting in mold or expansion causing damage.
Wide application: Bathroom partitions, roofing application, suspended ceiling, raised floor, cubicles, exterior sheathing, interior sheathing, cabinets, fire barrier, etc.
Cost: Reduced cost and installation time over conventional methods such as double ⅝” drywall for multifamily dwelling applications can be reduced to a single sheet of our MGO board.
Quality Control: SWISSIWS MGO BOARD is ISO Certified to ensure consistent quality. This includes quality control in product receiving, in process manufacturing and final inspections. As well as quarterly audits by SGS quality control personnel.
